The dehydrogenation reactor for the 100,000 TPA Styrene Plant in 1998 was a key project under the "Ten Dragons" R&D Program of Sinopec. It was the first domestically produced unit to replace imported equipment and was manufactured by the company. The main materials of the reactor are 304H and Incoloy 800HT.

The company has manufactured over 20 dehydrogenation reactors for styrene projects, including those for Hainan Jiahua, Sinopec Baling, CNOOC Ningbo Daxie, Lihuayi Lijin Refining, Sinopec Luoyang, and PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical.

Catalytic Dewaxing Reactor (Vanadium Steel) for the diesel hydrotreating unit revamp with an integrated dewaxing section under the Project. Designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME BPVC Section VIII Division 2, its main material is SA-542 Gr.D Cl.4a + overlay SS347, with a thickness of 118 + 6 mm and weight of 253 tons. Vanadium steel is a special material presenting the greatest manufacturing challenges, particularly in welding. Stringent requirements apply to preheating, post-heating, welding temperature and PWHT. We completed the manufacturing within 8 months, while the standard lead time is at least 12 months.

These reactors are the core equipment for BDO plants. The main material is 20MnMoⅣ forging + overlay S30403, with a thickness of 190 + 6 mm and a design pressure of 34.8 MPa. We have manufactured more than 30 sets of such reactors for customers in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Sichuan and other regions.
