The waste heat boiler systems of HLHI (including equipment such as fire-tube boilers, superheaters, and economizers) have been successfully applied to the waste heat recovery systems of various devices in the sulfur chemical industry, such as sulfur-based sulfuric acid plants (with a scale of 0.1-1.4 million tons per year), wet sulfuric acid plants using hydrogen sulfide (with a scale of 20,000-300,000 tons per year), sulfur recovery units (with a scale of 10,000-150,000 tons per year), and waste acid cracking units (with a scale of 20,000-400,000 tons per year).

The waste heat boiler system of sulfuric acid plants developed by HLHI has steam parameters that can reach 9.8 MPa and 540°C. The use of high-pressure steam can greatly improve the power generation efficiency and enhance the profitability of enterprises. Among them, the working pressure of the fire-tube boiler reaches 11 MPa, which is at a leading level in the industry.

The high-temperature superheaters designed and manufactured by HLHI, whether in a vertical rectangular structure or a circular structure, have completely solved the pain point of easy flue gas leakage in the industry, eliminated the leakage of flue gas containing SO₂ and SO₃, and improved the on-site operating environment.

The economizers designed and manufactured by HLHI adopt a heat pipe structure in the low-temperature section, completely solving the problem of low-temperature corrosion of flue gas containing SO₂ and SO₃, and greatly extending the normal service life of the economizer.
